Thanks to the nice promotion coming with the new album, I remembered to acquire Nick's last album. I read in a (rave) review to the new one, The Fooler, that Promenade Blue felt like Nick doing what Nick does (and did before) might have reached a dead end. I allow myself to disagree strongly, this was - again - a very fine selection of R&B, soul, exotica, doo-wop and what -had-you in the 60s (and maybe 50s). Btw, stereo, this time ;-) And in shiny HD (24/88)!
